As strange as this is going to sound, the hardest thing about leaving Santa Barbara has been not being able to work out with Eric every week. Because of his training, I went from being someone who was unbelievably uncomfortable running, with pained and achy hips and knees, to someone who could run comfortably, no pain. No stress. Eric made it possible for me to complete my goal of running a half marathon! He was incredibly deft about working with me in a way where I never felt lame, or lacking, but always supported. And inspired to do better. Do it! You won’t regret it.

  1. Personal (movement) Training – one on one sessions. Sessions specific to individual’s needs. (body’s needs, areas of tightness, weak muscles, etc.)

  2. Group (movement) Training – groups of 2-5 people. Sessions specific to group’s desired goals.

  3. Running Training – specific training focused on proper running mechanics.

  4. Mobility/Stretching – work on reducing any immediate pain and tightness.
